Car hire at Palma de Mallorca Airport is a practical option for travellers who want to have a vehicle available from the very start of their holiday.

At Rent Express Mallorca, we offer rental cars by category, with example models such as the Citroën C4, Nissan Micra, Peugeot 208 or similar, subject to availability. Reservations are made by vehicle category rather than by a specific make or model.

Our service allows you to collect and return your rental car at Palma de Mallorca Airport with advance booking. Other delivery and collection options may also be available, subject to availability.

Rental rates may vary depending on the season, hire duration, vehicle category, selected extras and delivery or collection time. Before confirming your booking, please check availability by providing your travel dates, arrival time, return time and any additional requirements.

Car collection and return in Mallorca

Your rental car can be collected and returned at Palma de Mallorca Airport with advance booking, subject to availability and service conditions.

All standard collections and returns are free of charge between 08:00 and 22:00. An additional fee may apply for early morning collections, late-night deliveries or returns outside normal business hours.

Rental Details:

• Airport delivery
• 24/7 Roadside Assistance
• Additional Comfort Plus cover with no excess or credit card hold for only €5/day. Covers damage to windows, mirrors and tyres.

• No refuelling charge if the vehicle is not returned with the same fuel level.
• Driver age: 25 to 75 years
• Drivers aged 21 to 24 (inclusive) must pay a young driver supplement of €6.90 per day.

Optional Extras

• Additional Comfort Plus cover with no excess or credit card hold for only €5/day. Covers damage to windows, mirrors and tyres.
• All prices include taxes (21% VAT).
• Child seats and GPS are not included. These items can be rented as optional extras.

Comfort Plus insurance (+€5/day) includes:

• Vehicle delivery and return at the airport
• Second driver aged 25 or over
• No deposit
• No excess
• 24-hour roadside assistance
• Unlimited mileage
• Return the vehicle with the same fuel level
• Does not cover refuelling errors or lost or broken keys

In the event of a puncture, the customer must replace the tyre using the spare wheel. If roadside assistance is requested, a mileage charge will apply.

If the vehicle is returned excessively dirty, an additional cleaning fee of €50 will be charged.

Car Rental Period

Rental days are calculated in 24-hour periods from the exact time the vehicle is handed over to the Renter until its return to our office at Calle Manacor 123, 07007 Palma de Mallorca, or to Palma de Mallorca Airport if the airport service has been booked. In this case, the Renter must send a WhatsApp or SMS message confirming the vehicle return time at the airport, together with the parking area and space number.

Rent Express Mallorca (Ade Elevation S.L.U.) grants a 60-minute grace period (1 hour), calculated from the vehicle collection (check-in) and return (check-out) times stated and signed by both parties in the rental agreement.

Ade Elevation S.L.U. reserves the right to modify rental rates. Vehicles are rented by category rather than by make or model. Images shown are for illustrative purposes only.

Conditions

If the rental period is exceeded, the Lessor reserves the right to charge the Renter the applicable rental amount according to the current General Rate from the end of the contract until the vehicle is returned, including mileage, any damages and a penalty of €50 for each hour of delay. This amount is cumulative and will be added to any additional charges from the scheduled check-in time until the vehicle is returned, recovered and prepared for the next rental.

Translations of our rental conditions into other languages are provided for information purposes only and have no legal validity. Only the Spanish version of the rental conditions is legally binding. The images published are for illustrative purposes only. Customers cannot choose a specific make or model, only the vehicle category booked, unless a particular make and model has been expressly confirmed.

Important

If the vehicle is abandoned, in addition to the charges mentioned above, a €150 vehicle recovery fee will apply, together with all expenses incurred in recovering the vehicle.

None of our insurance policies or optional cover packages includes protection against misfuelling or allowing an unauthorised person to drive the vehicle if they are not listed as an additional driver in the rental agreement. Lost or broken keys are also not covered by any of our insurance policies.

Vehicle Collection and Return

Vehicle collection or return outside business hours is subject to an additional charge.

All standard vehicle collections and returns are free of charge between 08:00 and 22:00. Outside these hours, the following supplements apply:

• Early morning collection (06:00–07:59): €30
• Late evening collection (22:00–22:59): €30
• Overnight collection (23:00–05:59): €50
• Overnight or early morning return (22:00–08:00): €50

If the vehicle is returned before the agreed end date of the rental, no refund will be issued.
