Airport delivery/pickup
The airport delivery service is a single fee for any quantity of materials only for children’s equipment during our business hours: Monday to Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
How should I proceed while at the airport?
Once you leave the terminal, call us at (+34) 697 40 23 52, we will send you the delivery person immediately, the approximate time to receive your order is approximately 15 minutes.
Where do you pick up at the airport?
Go outside and walk straight ahead to the building in front where the rental cars are collected (public parking) and wait under the large yellow Hertz sign, you will find it on your left when you reach the public parking and wait for the part of the outdoor parking lot.
Airport return
We proceed in the same way, call us before arriving or notify us of your arrival and wait at the Hertz sign.
Deposit
A deposit will be mandatory and can be processed in cash or by bank card. Cash is returned in cash at the time of collection and by card is automatically unlocked by the banking system.

Delivery and collection of children’s equipment & mobility in Mallorca at no cost in the list of delivery locations for any order equal to or greater than €30.
How to request free delivery and collection?
Below you will find the list of free delivery locations and see if your place of stay in Mallorca appears. If you are in another location, inform us of the location by indicating the city or the full name of your hotel and we will send you the information.
Delivery/collection conditions
All reservations must be paid in advance either by bank transfer or bank card, 48 hours before your arrival. Once the instructions in our reservation form have been received, we will send you by email or WhatsApp the company’s bank details and you must send us us the transfer receipt.
How does hotel delivery work?
All rented material, prepaid in advance, will be delivered directly to the reception of your hotel with your contact information that you will have provided us from the reservation form. At the end of your stay you must leave the material at the reception again and our team will pick up the material at the hotel.

*Deliveries and pick-ups only in hotels, no home delivery, this service is not applicable for car rental or others items.
