The airport service costs 10 €, and a refundable deposit of 50 € is required as a guarantee.
The deposit can be made by bank card pre-authorisation or in cash.
If paid by card, a pre-authorisation is applied to the amount as a guarantee. The money is not charged; it is temporarily held by the banking system, and the later release of that hold depends on the card issuer.
If the deposit is paid in cash, it is returned when the equipment is returned, provided it is returned in good condition.

Collection and return at Palma Airport
You can collect and return the product at Palma Airport. The meeting point is on the ground floor of the building opposite the public car park, next to Bar Coffee, in the car hire collection area.
Once you have collected your luggage, contact us by phone or WhatsApp around 15 minutes in advance. You can also collect the product from our shops in Palma, subject to availability.
