Portable air conditioner collection in Palma
The portable air conditioner must be collected directly from our stores in Palma city. This product is not delivered to homes or to the airport.
The deposit can be made in two ways:
Bank card
A pre-authorisation is made, meaning a temporary hold of the amount. The money is not charged. Our company only carries out the hold procedure, and the amount remains temporarily blocked by the banking system. The issuing bank will later release the hold.
Cash
The deposit is paid in cash and returned when the equipment is returned.
At the time of collection, our team can briefly explain how the unit works. Returns are also made at the store.
This portable air conditioner needs the ventilation hose to be placed outside, usually through a window or balcony door. During use, condensed water is also generated and must be emptied approximately every two days.
