Where to find us at the airport?
Once you have your belongings, go outside the terminal and walk straight to the building in front, you must call us so we can send you our driver; Delivery takes approximately 15 minutes. Exit the terminal and go to the building in front (Public parking). Just at the entrance to the parking lot, on the parking lot side, you will find on your left the car rental sign “Hertz”, please wait under the sign, you will find the photos of the car below. airport drop-off and pick-up location.
Return to the airport
The return is done in the same way, in the same place, call us 15 minutes before your return or once you are in the same place.

Important: Our models cannot be used as car seats, car seats are rented separately and in units.

Hygiene and cleaning
All our items are cleaned and sanitized and must be returned clean without food or other remains, otherwise the amount of €20 will be withheld for cleaning.
Airport service
Delivery and collection service to the airport operating only from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 19:00 outside hours it cannot be delivered or picked up at the airport. It will only be served in the store, closest to the Mallorca airport.
