When you want to recover your luggage apart from the ticket, you must present your documentation.
We have a 24-hour CCTV and alarm surveillance circuit.
Should I reserve in advance?
You do not need to book in advance, you can deliver at any time within our office hours.
What is prohibited to store?
Animals or other living beings, stolen objects, drugs, polluting or flammable materials, weapons, food that is not properly packaged, and furniture are formally prohibited.
Can I access my suitcase once custody has been made?
If you forgot something or want to add something to your suitcase you will be able to access it. as long as you present the documentation and the contract ticket that you will receive at the time of delivery. Under no circumstances will you be able to access the warehouse where the other suitcases are located, one of our staff will hand over your suitcases and you will be able to proceed.
Can I take photos?
No, it is formally prohibited to take photos inside our premises.
