The bicycles leave in perfect condition. If you return with one of the wheels punctured, you will be charged €25 for punctures. In the event of a flat tire, the company does not contemplate the rescue of the client, so the user must return by their own means. If a rescue is needed, €25 for transport in Palma and €50 outside the capital will be applied.
Damage and flaws
Damages and damages will be charged according to the damage caused, the company provides a lock so theft is not covered and the full price of the bicycle must be paid in case of theft. Any damage or theft of parts on the bicycle must be paid for by the client.
Chain and other elements
The customer pedals out of the store in the supposed case of triggering and is solely responsible and must reinstall the chain again and this will not be a reason for a return under any circumstances.
